We have all think throughout our entire lives. Thought of the future, of the past, and at time we can even think RIGHT NOW. We tend to think and think to the extend it cripples our present moment. We do not take action now due to the continuous thinking. I have realized this is one of my biggest crippling action in my entire life.
I will think of various things. Mundane stuff like should I work out or not. What if I did and get tired after that, and then I would not be able to continue my work, so on and so forth.
That thinking process becomes habit forming and it builds momentum from there. The more we think, the more crippled we get.
What we focus on and do today, will determine our tomorrow, definitely. If I procrastinated to jog every morning, will I be fitter tomorrow than I am today? Of course.
Thinking about the past does not help either. The past does not shape us. We can eliminate the past, and start right now. Never hold back. I have a few deficiencies which I am still trying to eliminate, and it takes time and effort. I have a strong belief that my life will not just end here, being an IT personnel. I know I have more potential than that, and it is coming out soon.
Stop thinking, and take more action. We can never stop our minds from thinking, but we can focus it to something clearly positive. The more clear you are on the positives, the better impact you get in your daily life, and the better your chances to accomplish your goals that you have for that entire year!
